If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 business days from the date of delivery to email shop@navavenice.com and request a return authorization. Orders returned without a valid authorization may face a delay in processing and a refund may not be approved.

Please note that the following items may not be returned:

– Any sale (discounted) items
– Any custom lenses (polarized lenses, tints, or mirrors sent to our lab)
– Items that are not returned in their original packaging and/or were used
– Items that were exchanged

Upon an exchange, the item will be final sale. All sales are final on discounted/sample sale items.

Please note that each frame returned for refund is subject to a 7€ restocking fee.
