Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear declaration by email. An informal message indicating your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

Returning the Goods

Please return the items to us within 14 days of your withdrawal. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The return address and instructions will be provided after contacting our customer service.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are not covered and must be paid by the customer, unless the goods received were damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have inspected your returned items, you will receive a refund via your original payment method. Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Please note:

  • Only the product value will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from exchange or return.

Exceptions

The following items are excluded from withdrawal:

  • Opened or used hygiene products
  • Digital products once download has started
  • Made-to-order and personalized items

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you can use the EU Commission’s platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):
